Wie is ons?
Vandag het ons meer as 300+ lede en groei steeds sterker. Ons lede bestaan uit opgelei en toegewyde vrywilligers wat gemotiveerd en vasberade is oor die veiligheid en sekuriteit van Delmas en omliggende dorpe. Ons fokus nie net op onsself nie, maar ook op ander gebiede, aangesien misdaad geneig is om oor te spoel en ons inwoners en besighede te raak. Die span bestaan uit Proto-spanlede, Reaksie-spanlede en 'n gevorderde mediese noodhulpspan vir enige beserings. Hierdie spanne is uitsluitlik daar vir veiligheid, gesondheid en sekuriteit – hulle offer hul tyd op en plaas hul lewens op die spel om die gemeenskap veilig en beskerm te hou. Ons sê dankie en salueer die onbaatsugtige pogings van al hierdie individue.

The Advanced First Aider forms an integral part of the AfriForum Delmas Valke operational team, providing critical medical support during emergencies, patrols, and community incidents. This role requires advanced knowledge of first aid procedures, trauma management, and rapid response coordination.

Assess, stabilize, and manage patients until state or private emergency services arrive. Maintain and manage medical kits, ensuring all equipment and supplies are fully stocked and operational. Support incident commanders and security teams with medical oversight during operations. Participate in training sessions, simulations, and community awareness initiatives related to safety and emergency care. Ensure accurate reporting and documentation of all medical interventions. The AfriForum Delmas Valke Proto Team is an elite operational unit within the broader AfriForum safety network. Members are carefully selected for their advanced skills, discipline, and proven ability to operate in high-pressure situations. The Proto Team provides tactical and intelligence-based support during major incidents, rural operations, and coordinated crime prevention initiatives.

Members of the proto team conduct specialized operations including suspect tracking, rural patrols, stolen property and livestock recovery with coordinated arrests alongside law enforcement. Provide tactical backup and support to AfriForum Reaction Teams, neighboring units, and allied structures during complex or high-risk operations. Gather, verify, and act upon intelligence received from trusted sources, community networks, and surveillance systems such as LPR (License Plate Recognition) and SNIPR. Assist SAPS and other security entities with ground support, search operations, and incident containment. Participate in planned operations, surveillance, and crime prevention patrols across the Delmas and surrounding districts.
